Our Leadership
Srinivas Katragadda
Co-Founder & Director
Srinivas builds the systems a business runs on, and keeps them working as that business changes. Over more than 20 years he has delivered products and programmes for banking, financial services, healthcare, retail and telecoms organisations across several countries, earning an innovation award for the architecture behind them.
His work sits at the difficult end: B2B Salesforce implementations, integration between systems never designed to talk to each other, and data platforms leaders can actually make decisions from. A certified Agile project manager, he is often brought in when delivery has stalled, and rebuilds the practices and quality standards that put it right.
As co-founder, he leads that work at F10 and stays close to every engagement, from the first conversation to live service. Clients get architecture that holds up under real conditions, teams that deliver to a predictable standard, and systems that are ready for what comes next.
